Can Racha Organics dethrone the rooster and claim the crown as the new king of Sriracha?
In this Fire & Flavor review, I’m tasting the full Racha Organics lineup: Mild, Medium, and Hot. We’ll see how much the heat actually increases between each bottle, whether the flavor changes along with it, and which heat level delivers the best overall experience.
Racha Organics makes its Sriracha using peppers grown on its organic farm in Northern Thailand, along with house-distilled pineapple vinegar, Thai purple-skin garlic, organic cane sugar, and mineral salt. It sounds great on paper, but does it have enough flavor, heat, and personality to challenge the classic rooster sauce that helped define Sriracha for so many people?
Watch through the end to see how each flavor plays out, which one I would reach for again, and whether Racha Organics deserves the Sriracha crown.
Let me know in the comments which heat level you would choose: Mild, Medium, or Hot?
