This NEW Hot Ones Sauce Is BADA-BOOM! (Newks)

Newks is officially on Hot Ones Season 31, and today I'm reviewing their brand-new BADA-BOOM Calabrian Chili Piccante Supremo Hot Sauce! Newks is no stranger to Fire & Flavor. I've reviewed several of their sauces, and I've even had Jake from Newks on the podcast. Now they're hitting a huge milestone with BADA-BOOM making its way onto the Hot Ones table. BADA-BOOM combines Calabrian chili paste, red bell pepper, red wine vinegar, carrots, roasted garlic, Carolina Reapers, habaneros, basil, and black pepper. That sounds like a really interesting combination of savory Italian-inspired flavors with some serious heat coming from those Reapers and habaneros. In this review, I'm trying BADA-BOOM straight first to see what the sauce itself brings to the table. Then I'm coating a few Puritan Backroom chicken tenders in it to see how it actually performs on food. 🔥 How hot is BADA-BOOM? 🌶️ Do those Calabrian chilies still come through once the Reaper heat kicks in? 🍗 And most importantly, how does it taste?
