A spoonful reveals the full body, texture, ingredients, and balance before food changes the experience.
A sauce may become something completely different on the right meal, so reviews often continue at the table.
The best bottles carry a story. Interviews give small businesses room to share the work and people behind them.

How It Started
Fire & Flavor began in January 2025 while Matt was stuck on bedrest after a minor surgery. A dream about creating a successful hot sauce podcast stayed with him the next morning, so he decided to follow it.
The original plan was to highlight New Hampshire makers. As more guests joined the conversation, the show expanded nationwide and grew into interviews, standalone reviews, and food pairings.
